Food Bank

Hunger is very real and widespread problem in many parts of the world including Vancouver Canada. In our own community, many struggle daily to put food on the table to provide for their elderly, children and families. Those of us who are blessed with sufficient provisions can make a difference by helping to feed the poor and needy of our local community.

Your generous donations helping ICNA Vancouver to put food on the table of hundreds of needy families every month.

By the grace of Almighty Allah SWT and concerted efforts of a dedicated team of volunteers, ICNA Resource Center & Food Bank in Surrey has served the needs of all people in our community since 2014 regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, and social status.

The resource center, operated from a rental premises, has been a hub of various educational programs for our youth, sisters, seniors, civic engagement activities, vocational training, study tours, and recreational programs.

The food bank at the resource center has been regularly serving around 300 deserving registered families with monthly food supplies and was instrumental in supporting the refugee community coming to Surrey BC.
